How do I place and order?
You can order items 24 hours a day through our website, or by calling our orderline on 0845 466 0800. For our current telephone opening hours click here.
To order online simply add items to your shopping cart by entering the required quantity and clicking the shopping cart button next to the product(s) you want to buy. When you are ready to complete your purchase check the contents of your cart by clicking the ‘View Cart’ link in the top menu and if you are happy ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and follow the instructions.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for both online and telephone orders.
For all orders over £500 we offer a 6 month interest free deferred payment plan, subject to status. This is only available on orders placed using our telephone ordering service on 0845 466 0800. For full details see interest free finance.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses. For some remote and highland addresses a surcharge may apply. If you are unsure please contact us.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are calculated depending upon the size and weight of items, the number of items and your location. Once you have added items to your shopping cart you can check the delivery charge by clicking ‘View Cart’ on the top menu and then ‘Calculate Delivery’.
The maximum charge for delivery is £50 per order for most addresses.
FREE delivery is available on all orders over £1,500.00. Make sure you select the ‘FREE delivery’ option before you checkout!

How long will my order take to arrive?
The delivery time varies from product to product. An approximate delivery period is displayed on each product page (e.g. ‘allow 2-4 weeks’). If no time is stated it is likely that the item is in stock and can be delivered within 7-10 days.

Do items come pre-assembled?
Many of our smaller items come pre-assembled, but to minimise delivery charges some of our larger items of furniture will require some level of self-assembly. Self-assembly is straightforward and full instructions and tools (where necessary) are provided. If you are unsure please contact us.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery by contacting us. If your order has already been despatched a charge for collection may apply.

Can I return items once they’ve been delivered?
If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason you can contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and a full refund. If you are returning your item(s) for any reason other than that they are damaged or faulty a collection charge may apply.

What happens if my order has missing or damaged items?
Please check the packaging and contents of your order upon delivery and notify the driver in the unlikely event of any missing or damaged items. You must then contact us within 3 days to arrange for a refund or replacement.
